Tempus Fugit

Tempus Fugit, a Latin phrase, translates to “time flies.”

Beverly Started making clocks with a neighbor, Merlyn McBride, out of shopping boxes and wrapping paper tubes which were ‘mache’d’ then jesso’d and hand painted.

Each clock was unique and almost all were sold at Richards Lido Market and never seen again.

This clock is one of only two still remaining in the Mosier collection.
